It sounds close enough I guess however there is very noticeable lag between playing notes for any song and it makes it impossible to really play anything that resembles "music" as the app seems to struggle as you change notes. Again can't complain too much as the base app is free, but it really isn't worth upgrading to the full ver especially when you can order a true ocarina for cheap online and learn it, and not deal with the very noticeable delay.
