Update (original 1-star review below): Customer service was helpful and is processing my refund. I eventually got it working, and once it’s set up it’s pretty easy, but I burned through 3 email addresses / HoneyBadger accounts before I got it right. The US vs Canada issue tripped me up multiple times, so that needs to be more intuitive. But I really shouldn’t have to provide anything more than a valid payment method, plus maybe an email address OR a mobile phone number OR the app for notifications, to be able to charge.

Original review:

If you use a US address/phone to sign up, even if you’ve selected Canada as your primary country, it won’t let you charge, even after adding money to your balance. Now I get to wait for a refund and find elsewhere to charge my car.
