The iOS app shows different data than the web app. You can’t see past submissions. The user interface is terrible - the information people need is poorly laid out. It has input pop ups from IOS that obscure submit and approval screens. It tries to sell you offers as the leading pieces of information. As the business owner it makes me want to change insurance providers. This is truly awful.
