## What is HoneyCall?

HoneyCall — Free App-to-App Video & Voice Calling for Families

HoneyCall makes family video calling simple and effortless. Designed
with ease of use in mind, it's perfect for staying connected with
loved ones — especially those who find smartphones difficult to
operate.

FREE APP-TO-APP CALLING
Make unlimited App-to-App video and voice calls with other HoneyCall
users. Download the app, the free account is automatically ready —
just enter your phone number and start calling right away. No payment
required.

KEY FEATURES:
• Free App-to-App video and voice calls between HoneyCall users
• Simple, intuitive interface designed for all ages
• Native iOS call screen integration (CallKit) for incoming calls
• Manage up to 3 family contacts for quick one-tap calling
• View account balance and call history
• Server-configurable parental monitoring mode for child safety
• Support for English, Chinese, and Malay

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES:
HoneyCall is ideal for families who want an easy way to stay
connected. Elderly family members can use the optional HoneyCall
hardware device — a dedicated video phone with a single-button
calling experience — while younger family members use this iOS app.

OPTIONAL HARDWARE DEVICE:
The HoneyCall VideoPayphone is an optional physical device that
simplifies video calling to a single button press. It is sold
separately through retail channels and is NOT required to use this
app. Both free and paid accounts support App-to-App calling. Free
accounts have limited call duration; paid accounts offer extended
call time.

PRIVACY:
HoneyCall respects your privacy. We collect only a device identifier
for service functionality. No personal data is tracked or shared with
third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

SUPPORT:
For questions or assistance, please contact your HoneyCall device
provider or visit our support page.
