There is no Grocery, no option to add kid expenses in. Unfortunately, I’m locked out of my account because my two-factor authentication is tied to an old phone number that I no longer have access to. I’ve contacted support multiple times requesting help updating my authentication information but haven’t received a response. As a result, I can’t access my account at all. I’m not writing this because I dislike the app — I actually want to use it. I’m simply asking the Honeydue support team to respond and help me regain access to my account. If someone from Honeydue sees this, please reach out or respond to my support request. I’d really appreciate the assistance. ### 4/5 — Super helpful, could have a few fixes *2026-07-06, version 2.83* This app has been super helpful for splitting expenses since my partner and I moved in together. One frustrating issue I have is I can’t figure out how to see what my total expenses have been for the month (aka my individual expenses + our split joint expenses). I can only see the total I have spent from my bank accounts (before splitting any expenses). Or the total my partner and I have spent (which includes all expenses including our personal ones). Another thing that would make it more user friendly is if you could swipe to split an expense, and if you could tap on an expense to easily change the category! ### 4/5 — Bilt *2026-07-04, version 2.83* Will Bilt ever be added to plaid on your system?? ### 2/5 — No division *2026-06-22, version 2.83* Apparently, if you break up with your significant other, the app has no way to separate you, and they could easily have access to view your bills unless you manually change it for each bill. My only issue is that the app support has been nonexistent. I like the app but when entering purchases they’re not in order. They go into a random order which isn’t helpful when tracking with two people. Also I wish there was an option for pending charges. The bill section is a very nice feature. Can’t edit comments. Customer service doesn’t respond to emails for help. ### 2/5 — Broken & Missing Transactions *2026-03-31, version 2.81* Honeydue is nice for couples who have different operating systems (iPhone vs Android). However, this application has always been buggy and very rigid. Most recently, I have not been able to view my September 2025 and November 2025 Transactions. I click on the month and the app displays Oct or Dec ‘25. Because of this I missed large purchases that should have been split. As well, I have noticed that over time sometimes the split icon will not display on past/older transactions, causing my partner to double charge me for past transactions. I used to like the app when first using it, but now it has caused more issues than it is worth. ### 2/5 — Poor integration quality: constant desync friction *2026-03-22, version 2.81* The app crates a lot of friction due to banks constantly getting desynchronized with useless message “email us” appearing (I tried to email - no response), you have to remove affected banks every month or so and add them back, resetting all tx retagging you have done ### 2/5 — Poor Customer Service *2026-03-19, version 2.81* The app seems great, but I can’t use it properly. Every time I try to link my bank account, an error message pops up and tells me to email support. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. As others have mentioned, support is nonexistent. Don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — Constant Bank Sync Issues *2026-06-10, version 2.81* This app would be great if the connection to the bank didn’t fail every few days. You constantly need to check if your accounts are synced. If it breaks, sometime the re-sync option works. Other times you need to reconnect from scratch, which is also hit or miss. None of these options are explained anywhere so figuring out where to look and which wires to jiggle is a pain. In-app customer support is an email link that is a black hole with no response. Happy to talk to a dev or customer service rep if the app team has any questions. ### 1/5 — Always loses sync *2026-05-19, version 2.81* Awful finance app. Only maintain sync with accounts for a week or two and then refuses to update. Alerts aren’t as quick, transactions don’t update rapid fast. I hope in the future the following is added: 1- ability to connect to Amazon store card 2- ability to refresh all accounts at once 3- Option to reflect pending transactions in account balances.
