However, using the app is problematic. It wouldn't add my rewards redemption to the order. Then it wouldn't allow me to place the order. I had to literally go into the store, place my order & redeem my rewards at the kiosk vs placing my order through the app and just picking it up. Please fix. If you are forcing me to tip 15% every time I place an order, that’s not a tip. That’s a service fee. By automatically selecting a predefined tip amount, they are trying manipulate you by instilling a sense of guilt if you change the tip to 0, so you end up paying more when you might normally not want to just to avoid those uncomfortable feelings. This is called Dark Patterning. I add the number and it keeps telling me it’s taken. I tried Contact Us with the chat and that’s unhelpful for my request. The app accepts Apple Pay from my phone making check outs extra fast. The order went to store real time and make the food ready to pickup on time as promised.
