Used it all the time. Would record a lecture or speech in voice memos and then share it to HoneyNote AI. Now it no longer functions. Also, I have gone through the retention policy and have noticed that it is clearly mentioned that they collect the data for functioning and servicing for the user until the user specifically removes the data. After going through this I have deleted my note and have noticed that my audio still stored in their storage. Then I deleted my account and still have observed the data is being stored. It’s been more than 30+ days and the audio is still there. Isn’t deleting the notes or deactivating the account is enough indication that the user wants to remove data, as there’s no other function to specify to remove user data or the files uploaded on their storage server? I was never informed by any sort warning message during the deletion of the note or deactivation of account that the data is being preserved or the data has to be requested for deletion.
