Used to work great.  Used it all the time.  Would record a lecture or speech in voice memos and then share it to HoneyNote AI.  Now it no longer functions.  Doesn’t accept any shares into the app.

Generally, this app is amazing. It helped me a lot in studying. However, it missed a lot of key points when analyzing the pdf via link. I believe that it will be much better if we can simply just import a PDF file without any missing key points.

「從一開始下載到現在，很多問題都已經解決了。目前生成的筆記內容已全面支援繁體中文（別忘了到 Output language 選擇 Chinese Traditional 或其他偏好的語言）。

筆記功能非常強大，不僅支援整理 YouTube 連結（甚至台灣台語也能準確辨識，我有測試過了！），還能處理 ZOOM 連結。除此之外，還可以直接從蘋果原生的語音備忘錄導入語音，也能使用影片、文本或網站連結，系統會自動整理成重點筆記，讓資訊更清晰。」

像我上次有遇到一些問題，都可以直接在 app 裡的 SUPPORT 頁面點選 Send us a message 聯絡開發者，他們都會快速回覆問題，並提供協助。

**Be careful in what you share in this app. Data theft alert!!!**

I was trying the application only a day and noticed that they were saving our personal files in google API firebase.

Also, I have gone through the retention policy and have noticed that it is clearly mentioned that they collect the data for functioning and servicing for the user until the user specifically removes the data.

After going through this I have deleted my note and have noticed that my audio still stored in their storage.

Then I deleted my account and still have observed the data is being stored. It’s been more than 30+ days and the audio is still there.

Isn’t deleting the notes or deactivating the account is enough indication that the user wants to remove data, as there’s no other function to specify to remove user data or the files uploaded on their storage server?

I was never informed by any sort warning message during the deletion of the note or deactivation of account that the data is being preserved or the data has to be requested for deletion.

Then under what policy/law/regulation is the data being held without user knowledge under their inventory without the user consent?

I loved this app! Loved it! I was using it for work. I was using it for my side hustle. And then all of the sudden it stopped working. 

When I finally found a way to contact support they said they noticed odd behavior on my account. 

I explained how I’m using it and I’ve heard nothing back. 

If I get to continue using it again, I’ll be happy to change my rating. But beware that you may just stop getting access with no warning. 

It’s a real shame too because it’s an awesome app. 

But not when you can’t use it.

L’app sembra carina e interessante finché non decidi di usarla. Appena provi a fare qualcosa da integrare nel tuo workflow, ti rendi conto che non dà la possibilità di scrivere note di testo. Appena crei una nota da un video di YouTube ti rendi conto che non puoi esportare il testo. Stesso discorso per le flashcards. Insomma, secondo gli autori, tutto deve rimanere nell’app: per questa ragione nessuno la userà mai.

I'm finding this app incredibly useful! It summarizes any YouTube video really well. I hope an iPad version will be released soon. The developer's responses are impressively fast whenever I have questions or requests. I hope the app continues to be updated and improved over time!

This app is great, but some features may be needed for some students who need to read both English and Chinese or use other languages. Like I need the English version to study, but for some difficult keywords, I need the keyword translation in Chinese. Also, I wish it could translate the language using a shortcut or a button so I could quickly read the version in another language. Thanks!
