Basic features like changing fan speed, mode, or turning the purifier on/off from the app either do not respond or cannot be tapped at all, which defeats the whole point of a “smart” purifier. ### 1/5 — Shah *2025-01-18, version 1.1.0* Pathetic product and pathetic service. ### 1/5 — The automation feature doesn’t work as marketed *2024-12-11, version 1.1.0* The automations are buggy. I tried to setup a custom “if-then”automation to trigger the fan speed above a certain PM2.5 value. Even though I set the correct location, it displays the air data of a different location. Secondly, there is no option to turn off the bright lights of the airtouch v5 model without putting it on sleep mode. Its display is very bright which is annoying at night. Thirdly, on the home page, there is no chart being made to compare the pm2.5 levels and the indoor pm2.5 value is shown 0.
