He was good, many poses and lots of great photos. The system fails in that the files are stripped of ALL metadata including time date stamps. While the backend system have this data it’s ONLY visible (temporarily) on the Download history screen of the App. The website version has no time date info at all. ### 1/5 — Total Garbage *2024-07-16* Went to HK Disneyland on a summer trip. The app sends me a verify text but the actual app doesn’t allow me to type the code in to verify. Have downloaded multiples times and it still doesn’t work. Because otherwise it would recognize you used your 20th anniversary complimentary digital photo coupon worth HKD68. It doesn’t recognize coupons in the account after closing the app and returning to it the next time. ### 1/5 — Purchased photo is not registered *2026-01-07* I purchased the photo at Disney. They gave me a card with the QR code. Upon scanning the QR code, I can find the photo but it says “not purchased”. I cannot download the photo. ### 1/5 — Worst customer service *2025-12-28* I emailed the contact us on customer service around 15 times and they weren't able to find my photo pass via credit card or by the 16 digit code. I lost 50 dollars buying that pass and wasn't able to get a refund.
