I use this app all the time. The spoken cards is especially useful since sometimes I don’t know how to say the name of where I want to go. I recommend this to all my friends who don’t speak Cantonese. Also, they are pretty quick to respond if you have a request to translate a place. 

I have one frustration: if you don’t spell or write the name of what you are searching for absolutely correctly, the app is not smart enough to help you guess and give you suggestions. It makes it frustrating and there isn’t a way to ever find what you are looking for!

The website wouldn’t work and would exit when I tried to enter it. There were many bugs and lags which is very inconvenient as the only time you use this app is when you are in the taxi. Also just use google translate it isn’ that hard mate.

I paid the $2 for this app and it did not have a single address i needed. Not even major hotels in central parts of the city, or popular restaurants. I wish i could get my money back because i was not able to use it even a single time.

Downloaded this app months ago and it never worked. Just kept showing loading option. 
Thought the recent data download bug was fixed but still same. Keeps showing 2. Unzipping file forever. Super disappointed with this paid app.

Don’t download, freezes immediately and can’t be used, waste of $15. Tested on iPad Pro2 and iPhone 6, on launching app loads a spinning wheel which can’t be interrupted and freezes all functions. Restart does not work, neither does deleting and re-installing the app.
