There were many bugs and lags which is very inconvenient as the only time you use this app is when you are in the taxi. Tested on iPad Pro2 and iPhone 6, on launching app loads a spinning wheel which can’t be interrupted and freezes all functions. Really worth more than 0.99. The spoken cards is especially useful since sometimes I don’t know how to say the name of where I want to go. I recommend this to all my friends who don’t speak Cantonese. Also, they are pretty quick to respond if you have a request to translate a place. I have one frustration: if you don’t spell or write the name of what you are searching for absolutely correctly, the app is not smart enough to help you guess and give you suggestions. It makes it frustrating and there isn’t a way to ever find what you are looking for! Can this be improved? ### 5/5 — Absolute game changer *2022-08-19* Best HK app! Although most taxi drivers speak English, this app is perfect for times when you need help! Being able to save favorites is great for quick reference. Also love the ability to insert a street number in with most address. My work building name was not on the list so I emailed the developers, within a few days there it was on the app. One of the most useful apps ever in HK ### 5/5 — Quick response to request *2014-06-23, version 2.2* Very fast response to requests! Very practical.
