Checked with store at 8.40 and were informed that they don’t have my order and I need to speak to centralise no. When I spoke to centralise number, they only informed me that my order is blocked. I requested them to cancel my order as store haven’t recd the order. I was informed as a protocol, they have to call store and cancel. They were to come back with the status . They never did and I have call back again the centralise number . To my surprise , they told me that my order is accepted at 9 PM. I again requested them to cancel the order and refund my money.
