We frequently face issues while punching in and out. Sometimes the app does not open properly, the punch option is unavailable, or the punch does not get recorded.

In many cases, we have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to make it work again. These repeated technical issues are inconvenient and can create problems with attendance records.

Overall, the app is currently not very user-friendly or reliable. It would be helpful if the technical issues could be resolved and the punching process made more flexible, stable, and convenient for employees.

Title says it all. Can’t find anything I need to find. No logic to the organization. Everything resets if you go to another app even for just 1 second. It’s the absolute worst app I have ever used.

Please try to improve this app as we always mark attendance late due to application crashes when we click on mark attendance and very slow on each and every connection.

1. Every twice day app ask for updates.
2. It’s whole system and application glitches every time after punch in and out it will not update.
3. It’s easy to use but somehow application need to be customised and well design.
4. Need to stop asking every time for rating .
5. From past 1 year there are no changes in application but more than 12 time I have updated the sheet application.

It’s too much problem to rectify the punch out and regulation over the application. I did night shift while I trying to realise date not change from the application. What kind of application is this ? Every after opened application it’s ask for food back & reting . It’s too irritated.
