Sometimes the app does not open properly, the punch option is unavailable, or the punch does not get recorded. In many cases, we have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to make it work again. These repeated technical issues are inconvenient and can create problems with attendance records. Overall, the app is currently not very user-friendly or reliable. It would be helpful if the technical issues could be resolved and the punching process made more flexible, stable, and convenient for employees. ### 1/5 — Barely usable. Logging in usually takes more than 10 seconds, which directly affects attendance punching—for example, if my punch time is 9:00 AM and I open the app at 8:59 AM, it allows me to punch only at 9:01 AM, causing late marks even though I am on time. Moreover, if I open the app 10 times a day, it wastes around 200 seconds daily per employee; for 100 employees, this equals nearly 5.5 hours lost every day, which adds up to a significant productivity loss.
