The GUI is poorly formatted; display elements clip off-screen and/or overlap with each other. Loading - sorry, I mean "confirming your identity" -times are horrendous. This app, in its current state, is completely worthless. There is absolutely zero point in it even existing. ### 2/5 — Missing features *2023-07-30* Just joined the HOCU family and was very satisfied with your team in Ewa Beach. However, the mobile app is missing a few essential features that most ALL banks/credit union has in this day and age. Where is the bill pay option? Mobile deposit? Digital card information? im hoping that this is something coming to your mobile app soon. What I love are the transfer to/from comments. Pending ACH or transactions, Statement viewing, and the iPhone widget option. ### 2/5 — App *2020-06-29* Needs online banking to include depositing checks, etc ### 2/5 — Mobile Banking? *2020-05-01* Recently, I needed to deposit a check using mobile banking. There is a camera to take a photo for deposit. To my surprise, the function doesn’t work. It’s great for balance checking, turning on/off of debit card, loans etc. But what about check deposits. Most other banks already have that feature. Let’s get with the 21st century and offer this service.
