I want to play it for a long time, but it's so frustrating to see that every other purchase I make keeps getting glitched. It would always say that I "lost connection" to the server, and then it would restart my game with none of the stuff I purchased. This has happened 4 times. $50 down the drain, which is sad to even say. Please fix this problem! I'm a paying customer and I think it's unfair for this problem to keep occurring on a game like this. It makes it seem like we're being cheated out of our money. I've had request a refund from Apple 4 times in one week, and it's making me look really suspicious despite this actually happening. They might think I'm trying to cheat the App Store out of money, which I'm not. I've even emailed the JuiceBoxGames company email themselves and I haven't gotten a reply back. This is completely ridiculous. I don't know if this company even still works for the game anymore, but it has so much potential to stay in the current market as a card collector gacha-esque game if they would fix their issues and bugs.
