### 5/5 — Fun way to interrupt scrolling

*2026-10-05*

Both my girlfriend and I have been using the app. Our evening wind down scrolling gets interrupted as we crank out pushups. So fun and a great way to interrupt mindless social media use and build more strength. Limiting my scrolling increasing the swoll. Love this app!!

### 5/5 — Great App

Screen time way down, push-up count way up!! Cush UI, customizable experience, definitely recommend to anyone looking to easily get those quick exercise snacks in and decrease screen time. Great app!

### 5/5 — Amazing motivator to workout for the busy.

This app is the right size- not too complex, not too simple, a great way to motivate yourself to stay fit. The pro version has all kinds of tools to tune it to exactly what you want and need.

### 5/5 — This app is fuego

### 5/5 — Getting FIT

*2026-09-17*

I’ve done so many push ups and sit ups since downloading this app! Way better than the apps that make you set up a camera to make sure you do the workouts because sometimes I’m in a car or a classroom or the grocery store or somewhere where I can’t do pushups in order to open my apps! HonorFit is perfect because I can log pushups and just do them later in the day. I also like that it makes me more aware of my phone usage which means I’ve been using it a lot less! Thank you HonorFit for making me stronger and less phone addicted <3
