Just installed the game and it’s stuck on the verify identity screen and won’t do anything else.

**Developer response:** Hi — that was a real bug on our side. The identity check could hang and leave the app stuck on that screen instead of finishing. It's fixed now, and the current version also downloads far smaller and loads the map much faster.
