However, there is no option on the app or online to pay with a gift card. This forces the user to either go inside to order/pay or go somewhere else for lunch/dinner. I was looking forward to this as I received a gift card for Christmas. But as a high risk person I cannot go inside to order/pay so I’m forced to go somewhere else. Please update the app to allow gift cards as a form of payment. I wish I was able to order on the app. ### 3/5 — Love the food, not a fan of the app *2021-02-22, version 1.1.1* When trying to place an order, I realized my card had expired. There was no simple, intuitive way to change payment method from the order screen. I had to backtrack out to the home page, find my account, then manage cards, Etc. After tapping a previous order, can’t delete the order to start over. 2. If the order contains multiple of the same type of item, can’t tap a particular item to customize it. You can scan your receipt or scan your app. I feel I am never sure if I have acquired the points or not. For example, I like to order the Bistro Sandwich and I can’t order it on a wheat bun. I have to call the order in just to make this change which means I can’t pay ahead of time. Thus still need to call it in.
