For past few days I am observing some glitch in the app, sometimes it doesn’t show latest updates and currently there is no audio when news are being played. Also, it’s very slow when I tried to edit my personal preferences before that. But strangely the audio has stopped working. I can see the news playing both audio and video. But no sound. And suddenly 2-3 out of 30 news clips the audio will work. But rest 90% sound will not come out. I wrote to help desk also months back. But no response. But unfortunately the settings that I choose in preferences is not getting reflected in the newsfeed. For eg, I disliked Sports but am getting 2-3 cricket feeds. And there are a ton of glitches. Profile section doesn’t open and there is blank screen.
