There was no final payout shown before confirming the trade. When I contacted support, they did not explain the calculation and instead told me to “be guided” and threatened to ban me. Very unprofessional. Rates shown are not what you actually receive. No transparency. The first one went through at the agreed rate. So, I’m “hooked”. The second one however didn’t. The app reduced the agreed rate claiming that there’s a different rate for the type of card I uploaded. Except first and second card were both from the same source sent by the same person. So they lied and cheated me. When I complained to the “Customer Support”, they said that I should read what they gave in the app as reason for giving me less than agreed accused me of disturbing them. When I tried to explain that this is my second transaction with them with the same card, they blocked me. I wasn’t even rude. Just because you can write code doesn’t mean you should build an app. You have to learn how to interact with your users too. Deleted quickly before they scam me some more.
