Now it seems to be unsupported. It has instantly crashed as soon as I open it ### 2/5 — Stopped working *2024-03-16, version 12.0* I’ve used this for years and eve use the paid subscription but now the app won’t even open i matter what i try ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work anymore *2024-03-15* I’ve used this app for several years and it has been great as it saves me money on takeout which is nice as a college student. A few days ago I tried using it again, but the deals wouldn’t load so I thought nothing of it assuming it was a problem with my phone. I tired the app again today and encountered the same problem. So, I tried uninstalling and redownloading Hooked. As other reviews have mentioned, I’m not able to login, nor create a new account rendering the app useless. ### 1/5 — App not opening *2024-03-05, version 12.0* Which is crazy because I just a email telling me my subscription is up for renew. Which makes me thinks about how my phone crashed and had to redownload the apps and went to open the app and it’s not available anymore after I paid for that month. Need to fix things like this that affects the consumers and the companies walk away with everyone’s money. Support team actively maintaining restaurants on the app that want to be off it, advertising deals the restaurants are no longer authorizing. Know one that’s been contacting them for months, and never get a response. Meanwhile customers order ahead then get angry at checkout because these unauthorized coupons are still being advertised. Since that day it’s saved me hundreds upon hundreds of dollars, and it’s enticed me to try new places I had never considered until seeing a hosted promotion. It’s great for both consumers and businesses alike. I also signed up for Hooked Gold the first moment it was available, and the price is beyond worth it. Without fail, every time I redeem a Gold offer, either a nearby customer or the cashier themselves will comment on how great the offer is and inquire about the source. It also helps me choose new places to eat because it almost serves as a menu book. The new hooked gold level is awesome because it gives completely free food, rather than a few bucks off a purchase. I told myself if you eat out once a month, it basically pays for itself since it’s $4.99.
