The few times it has opened my 4year old enjoyed it. We homeschool, and this has been a great tool to help him put letter sounds together to spell simple words. Anytime he gets one wrong, it has him repeat the problem at the end and he can't move on to the next level until he gets them all right. So far it has worked on beginning sounds, end sounds, blends. The only issue I've seen is that once he finishes a level, the screen goes white.
