## What is Hoop Dreams Performance?

On and off-court basketball training program. Offers programming for basketball drills based on categorised into skills (ball handling, finishing, shooting, etc.), access (courts, balls, time, etc.), and number of people training. There will be gym programming options with certain basketball specific focusses (vertical jump, acceleration, deceleration, jumper's knee maintenance, etc.). Nutrition tracking option to aid with bulking, cutting, and maintenance, as well as pregame/postgame meal plans, certain recipes. Habit building for approaches to training, in-game situations, routines, psychological approaches. Quick response chat options with forums for training progress and comparisons, progressions and regressions of exercises.
