I’ve had these camera both pro and regular for a year & over. They both worked great up until about 2 weeks ago. No more motion notifications, no playbacks on prior motion recordings from that day or any other day. Now the cameras only allow you to do live view & you’ll be lucky if it connects on the first or even second try

So disappointing. It started off as a great camera.  Then one day, the pics and notifications stopped. Motion alert stopped working.

Will not connect to live video, after 10 attempts it may go through. Cameras randomly disconnect from wifi. Never records 10 seconds out of a minute and coincidentally happens to be the most important sometimes. Speaker sounds horrible, you can’t hear what they may answer back. Do not buy!

Initially, after first setting up my camera, Hoop’s customer service was great. But as of late, I cannot save clips, download or take still photos so the security features that I purchased this for no longer exist. I’ve emailed Hoop Support three (3) times with no response. I then called and spoke to someone. They expressed concern, couldn’t resolve the issue and said they would call back. That was about six days ago, so I’m not holding my breath.  I can watch live but that’s all and frequently the connection gets lost. I may have to junk this and go with a company that cares about customer service. Very disappointing that they cannot even respond to an email.

App is buggy and very slow.  Time to go back  to the engineering board with this one.  Disappointed I spent money on the camera, almost as bad as WYZE cams.  Your R&D team needs to go back to school.

geo-fencing will no longer work for me. Just randomly stops working without any notification.

Notifications are ridiculously slow after motion is detected. I can find anyway to view continued recordings or get the cam to track motion.
