I have lost like 5 hours trying to make leagues that it for no reason replaced teams with different teams so I quit for like 2 weeks. Also make defence for season's and also why do guys with 2 blocking block a guy with maximum inside when dunking like 30 times in a row. I know nobody is reading this and you are making hoop land but I still am writing this and I will end with positivity. I like how the game is not like the normal games where you move hold buttons to shoot and use special controls to dunk with all kinds of stuff instead its slow pace arrow movement in the end its simple and shot bar shooting (IDK why not dunking) and I could continue with creating characters but I have 1 tiny complaint: Why are all shots bricks or swishes? ### 3/5 — Why!!! *2024-11-17, version 1.9.7* So I spent like 6 hours on a league (actually 30 minutes) then I later went and I edited The league and then I saw the finished product so ai changed name of my new version with a quarter of the amount of teams and I go to it and it worked! but then I wnt to the when I spent half an hourd on and It got rid of it. ### 4/5 — Good but issues *2024-06-14, version 1.9.7* Love the game. But one massive problem to me that can ruin my game experience Subbing: It’s infuriating to me that I literally have no control over how long I’m subbed out for. I can have a game where I play the entire time, or get subbed out for 3 quarters and have my stats get messed up. I also think the criteria for subbing is ridiculous. I can be on a streak of 6, then miss one shot, and get subbed out for the rest of the game. For starters, the game focuses more on strategy than action. It gives off a feeling of being the coach, which is really what you are in this game, and in any other game. I like it better when there’s action, though. A drawback is the fact that the game is not very customizable at all. The team editor is very basic and the settings only allow you to change some specific things. Also, the clock just freezes when it’s your turn. This gives you ample time to think about your next turn, but it has no real sense of urgency. You have to think fast, really. It offers game modes where you can control a team or a single player over a long period of time. My biggest issue is that when you sim games, you will almost always lose. My team is in season 4, ranked #1 offense and defense. If I sim games I lose 8 out of 10 of them. We play the worst team in the league? Yeah it’s a loss. It really doesn’t make sense and it a pretty obvious block to make you actually play the games. The downside of that is the gameplay loop is boring and simple to master. Once you figure out how the defense moves in response to you it’s easy to score every time. These days I only really play it when on the train but even now I still love playing it. It’s simple but hard, there is strategy to it that takes some learning but once you get a grasp of the game, it’s very satisfying when you start winning.
