This app is a game changer! It is exactly what I was looking for. I always have to google up different workouts online and write them down (thsi would take atleast 45 minutes) but with this app it does everthing I used to do in a matter of seconds!

This app is stupid and gives ball handling workouts when I choose shooting. This app made me go from terrible to even worse. Never install this app ever otherwise it will cook your social life. If i were able to, i would rate it zero stars.
