I’m sorry but this app is trash it doesn’t have any sound I can’t hear anything and the videos or like five seconds long they should be at least 10 minutes or five minutes a good average time for videos but for some reason this app doesn’t have any sound or any long videos it’s just five second videos and there is no sound

I’ve spent centuries looking for an app that makes a workout for you and caters to your size and position. The ui(user interface) is pretty easy to use and has videos showing how to do the drills. I would highly recommend trying this app out. It’s also 100% FREE

Yes you heard me. I hate having those apps where the reviews say it’s free but the app ends up making you pay a monthly fee after like 5 minutes of using it, not this one. It’s amazing, highly recommendable
