## What is Hoops Mechanic?

Hoops Mechanic is a premier basketball training platform built to develop complete athletes—physically, mentally, and emotionally. The app connects athletes, parents, and coaches through structured training systems, skill tracking, and progress monitoring designed for serious players striving to reach the next level.

Members can access class schedules, register for sessions, manage memberships, track their development progress, and receive updates directly from the Hoops Mechanic team.

Each program integrates our proven systems that focus on:
• Skills: Ball handling, shooting, finishing, and defensive mastery.
• IQ: Reading the floor, decision-making, and game awareness.
• Mental Toughness: Confidence, composure, and coachability.
• Athletic Development: Strength, speed, and agility training.

The app also connects athletes to Louisiana Force, our competitive AAU and travel basketball program powered by Hoops Mechanic, helping players gain exposure through tournaments, showcases, and advanced team play.

Whether you’re a beginner building fundamentals or an advanced player preparing for college or pro levels, Hoops Mechanic provides the structure, accountability, and professional coaching needed to reach your full potential.

Train with Purpose. Play with Confidence.
