## What is Hoopstr Alumni?

"Hoopstr" is a comprehensive, AI-powered alumni and community management platform built for schools, colleges, universities, and
organizations to nurture lifelong connections within their networks.
                                                                                                                                           Stay Connected
Hoopstr AI brings your entire community onto one platform. Members can discover and connect with fellow alumni through intelligent profile matching, shared interests, and AI-curated channels. Whether it's a batchmate from 20 years ago or a fellow professional in the same city, Hoopstr makes finding and reaching out effortless.

Real-Time Messaging & Collaboration
Engage your community with real-time one-on-one and group messaging, complete with read receipts, reactions, replies, and rich media sharing. Create purpose-driven groups for batches, chapters, interest areas, or professional networks — all with built-in moderation to keep conversations safe and productive.

Smart Feed & Channels
A personalized "Only For You" feed surfaces the most relevant posts, news, and updates for each member. AI-powered channels automatically categorize content — from career opportunities and reunions to achievements and philanthropy — so members never miss what matters to them.

Events & Reunions
Plan, promote, and manage events with integrated ticketing, RSVP tracking, and attendee management. From grand reunions to intimate chapter meetups, Hoopstr handles the logistics so you can focus on creating memorable experiences.

Job Board & Career Services
Connect alumni seeking opportunities with those offering them. The built-in job board lets members post openings, refer candidates, and leverage the power of their network for career growth.

Surveys & Feedback
Gather insights from your community with built-in survey tools. Whether it's event feedback, alumni satisfaction, or interest polling, get the data you need to make informed decisions.

AI chat
Every network gets an intelligent AI assistant that understands your community. The copilot helps members find connections, answers questions about the network, surfaces relevant opportunities, and provides administrators with actionable insights drawn from community activity and engagement patterns.

Multi-Network Support
Members can belong to multiple communities — their alma mater, professional associations, interest groups — and switch between seamlessly. One account, many networks, zero friction.

 Built for Administrators
A powerful admin dashboard gives network managers complete control: member approvals, content moderation, analytics, broadcast
communications, role management. Automated workflows handle
birthdays, engagement nudges, and activity tracking so your team can do more with less.

Secure & Scalable
Enterprise-grade multi-tenant architecture ensures each community's data is isolated and protected. Built on modern infrastructure with real-time capabilities, Hoopstr AI scales from intimate groups to networks with hundreds of thousands of members.
