Files to connect to Wi-Fi. Fails to connect to the machine. Device is constantly off-line. Not worth a headache. HOWEVER it stops recognising my vacuum every couple of weeks. I need to manually add it again which often takes 10-20 minutes and involves disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi, manually entering(!) the wifi name and password, turning the vacuum off and on again, and sometimes even deleting and reinstalling the app. It’s a real pain and immensely frustrating. Maybe we need an update for the app considering the last update was 1 year ago 🙄 Love Hoover, the products are great but this app doesn’t match the Hoover quality. Then you enter your phone number and password and press enter and it’ll say ‘input can’t be empty’. The only thing I left empty was the verification code which was never sent to me, no option to resend or anything.
