## What is Hop Ma Liste?

The Hop my list application was designed by health professionals from the Angers University Hospital to help people with suicidal thoughts.

On discharge from hospital, emergencies or in consultation, a caregiver trained in the use of Hop ma liste accompanies the user in the creation of his emergency list to help him act against suicidal thoughts. It is a complementary resource to medical care.

Hop my list consists of 4 modules:
- An emergency list to identify the moments at risk and to set up a graduated and personalized response to feel better or receive help. This list is created step by step with the user from 7 questions;

- A box of hope allowing to gather in the same place the photos, music and quotes appreciated by the user;

- A gratitude journal to note the moments and people who have had a positive impact on the user's day;

- Resources allowing access to scientifically validated documents to better understand suicidal thoughts and know the existing resources.

Je vous remercie sincèrement pour cette application, elle est tellement bien pensée et répond parfaitement à mes attentes et besoins !

Idée d’amélioration : Si il y aurait un moyen d’exporter les infos de chaque module (journal, mémos, etc) vers un document textuel quel que soit ça ce serait parfait (pour éviter de perdre ses données) !

Encore mieux : Pouvoir partager directement ses informations en ligne avec des contacts ou même du personnel soignant !

Bonjour, l’idée de cette app est au top. Cependant, elle nécessite quelques petites mises à jour. Un bugg sur l’ajout de photo a été signalé il y a 1 an. Bug persiste. 

Suggestions : 
Il serait aussi intéressant de permettre à l’app d’accéder au calendrier, cela évite la charge mentale de noter les RDV partout (Doctolib, LIVI, Care, calendrier, Hop ma liste…) 

Pouvoir trouver un CMP à proximité, ou des psychologues, psychiatres, … ou mise en lien avec des app de téléconsultation, … tout ce qui permet d’avoir tout rapidement sous la main en cas de panique.

C’est une bonne application malheureusement une des fonctions pour moi très importante et celle des rendez-vous or dès que je souhaite ajouter mes rendez-vous à l’aide de la rubrique ressources l’application se ferme

Note aux développeurs : un bug empêche de mettre plus d’une photo/vidéo dans la boîte personnelle, il faut quitter puis redémarrer l’appli entre chaque.
