But even through working with their support team, I only have access to half of my passport purchase, and my friend has no access at all. It is genuinely disappointing since I spent money on this product and won’t get the full benefits of what I paid for. Hopefully they can find a fix for this issue soon! ### 2/5 — Would not recommend *2025-11-22, version 1.20* We actually loved this product. But ever since the newest version of iOS came out we haven’t been able to access the passport on any device and spent money on this. We reached out to support and got a “thanks for letting us know”. No solution, no offer to give us a discount on a physical next year version. In other words, if you only bought the app, you are missing a number of breweries that others can access with the physical book. Example: Lariat Lodge in Littleton and Evergreen Colorado. The one I work at did Not! ### 1/5 — Needs work and consistency *2021-01-03, version 1.2* The most recent update removed a ton of locations previously listed on the map as participating, but the brewery list still shows those locations as being valid passport locations. So which one is correct? Also I don’t understand the point of the countdown timer when you try and redeem a stamp. The brewery isn’t forced to scan anything when you redeem, so we had to remind them of our discount on checkout.
