I went all the way to the spot on the map with multiple scooters available to use, only to discover that they’re reserved for hotel guests only and are not available after all. Either turn off in the app or bring more to Budva for others to use. What a joke!

Took forever to set up. I spent more time trying to set up app then I did riding. Also more expensive than a taxi to get home. Will not be using again.

I’m very disappointed that I can’t use app because it required email verification code. I never received any email. I request for the code over 10 times, still no email...

Como iniciativa genial pero la implementación deplorable, la aplicación tiene fallas constantes que hasta ahora no resuelven, servicio al cliente es casi que inexistente, los cobros no están bien gestionados  y los scooter en una mínima subida fallan.

I’m in Chile. Try to use app but it is stuck after registering my direction. White screen stuck after app logo appeared.

After that, I found the problems. It only works in alphabet languages configuration like English, Spanish, French, etc on iphone. It doesn’t work in Korean, Chinese, Japanese, non-alphabet languages.
