Every single time, I ask for MEDIUM RARE and what I get is WELL DONE. Like not even close. It is so ridiculous. And it is EVERY TIME. They have never even gotten a burger medium, much less medium rare. Why in the world would someone order Wagyu beef well done? Are you kidding me? This place should go out of business if their entire business model is burgers and they have no idea how to cook a burger patty.
