Spent 8+ years “Under their Wing” without conservatorship, have documentation that can put more than a few behind bars. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2022-12-13* Can’t view safety plan ### 1/5 — “Safety plan” crashes app *2022-10-22, version 1.1.1* tapping the Safety Plan section, the app crashes. This is supposed to be the backup to the Klinic Calm in the Storm App that went under in March 2021 (that they still advertise on business cards for some reason).. At least I downloaded this when I was in a relatively decent headspace. I couldn’t imagine having a mental health app crash on me when I’m doing poorly. ### 1/5 — Crashing *2022-08-04* This has started crashing whenever trying to view the safety plan to have it sent to provider. For the most part the app looks great and I would love to recommend it to clients. However, I downloaded it myself to check it out and realized that the resources section of the app where you can choose your region doesn’t include information for London. This is quite disappointing as London is a major city, has a university and college full of students, as well as a decent sized population who may benefit from this app and finding available resources. My hope would be that the app is updated to reflect the needs of this area.
