Ich bin selbst Ärztin und hab meine 3. runde Icsi. Leider hab ich mir die Daten der 1. und 2. Runde nicht notiert und hab mich drauf verlassen, dass es in der Hope App ist - aber es hat sich gelöscht. Für mich total unseriös einfach ohne Warnung Patientendaten zu löschen, als Arzt könnte ich sowas nicht bringen. Man darf die App als netten schnick Schnack sehen, wo die Klinik Infos hinsendet - aber verlasst euch nicht drauf. Aber am besten alles notieren (Zyklustage, Termine, Medikamente, Dosis) und Wecker für Medikamente selbst setzen. Für mich sind die Daten jetzt lost.

Wir löschen keine Patientendaten. Ihre Einträge werden aus Datenschutzgründen ausschließlich lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert und nicht auf unseren Servern. Nach einer Neuinstallation oder einem Gerätewechsel stehen sie deshalb leider nicht automatisch wieder zur Verfügung.

Grundsätzlich eine gute App, die ihren Zweck erfüllt. Leider lässt sie sich bei mir nach dem letzten Update nicht mehr öffnen. Sie schließt sich automatisch wieder. Dies ist während einer Behandlung ziemlich ungünstig. Ich hoffe der Fehler wird schnell behoben.

Mir persönlich hat die App bisher sehr geholfen und den Alltag sehr erleichtert. Nicht nur organisatorisch, sondern auch seelisch wird man in dieser App abgeholt. Dank des Guides war ich über jeden Schritt in meiner Behandlung sehr informiert und die Audio‘s haben dazu beigetragen, dass ich Dinge viel besser verstehe. Ich war vor meiner PU sehr aufgeregt und durch die vielen Informationen/Übungen und die mentale Begleitung in der App fühlte ich mich sehr gut vorbereitet und nicht mehr ganz so ängstlich. Die App gibt mir sehr großen Halt in dieser aufregenden Reise :)

Die Idee, zu jedem Schritt der Behandlung ein kleines Audio zu machen, finde ich prima, allerdings könnten die Inhalte auch komprimiert und strukturiert im Text angezeigt werden. Was mich jedoch am meisten stört ist, dass vom männlichen Arzt die Patientin konsequent als Patient (sowie im Plural Patienten) bezeichnet wird und auch die Moderatorin dies meistens übernimmt.

Ihr Hinweis zur Ansprache ist berechtigt. In Inhalten, die sich an Frauen in Behandlung richten, sollte sich das auch sprachlich abbilden. Wir werden bei kommenden Skripten und Aufnahmen konsequenter darauf achten.

Ich finde die HOPE-App wirklich großartig. Besonders gefällt mir, wie übersichtlich meine Termine dargestellt werden und dass auch meine Medikamente klar und strukturiert zu finden sind. Die Erinnerungsfunktion ist für mich ein riesiger Vorteil – dank ihr muss ich nichts mehr manuell in meinen Kalender übertragen.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der Fertility Guide, den meine Klinik nutzt. Die Audios sind sehr emphatisch, verständlich, und umfangreich. Sie beantworten endlich all die Fragen, die zuvor offen geblieben sind.
