If you're a mom or female caregiver watching your child struggle with substances and mental health, you already know this isn't something you can Google your way out of. Here, you're surrounded by moms who've been in the trenches, and professionals who know how to help you navigate them. We combine the warmth of peer support with evidence-based approaches like the Invitation to Change (ITC) Approach and CRAFT, proven tools that help you communicate better, set and hold boundaries, and protect yourself while loving your child through one of the hardest things a parent can face.

*2026-07-25*

If you feel lost and isolated in the upside down world of metal health and addiction with your loved one, Hopestream offers potent tools, a tribe of sisters to connect with and educational resources that align with our essence of motherhood. Connection, love and protection. A place to guide us back to ourselves, strengthen ourselves to be better equipped to see the path forward.

### 5/5 — A beacon in the storm

*2026-06-02*

Hopestream has been a wealth of information to our family while helping our son navigate his struggles with alcohol use. The Podcasts, workshops
and guest speakers are informative and so helpful but the warmth and understanding from other families is a godsend.

### 5/5 — My Tribe

*2026-06-02*

This app has been central to my healing as the parent of a teen affected by mental health and addiction. The support, science backed advice, and community of women in similar situations, is just priceless. This is the most important app on my phone.

### 5/5 — Helpful for anyone supporting someone struggling with substances or in recovery

*2026-05-08*

I don’t have children, but I have a family member in early recovery and finding this community genuinely changed how I show up for them.

Hopestream’s resources and education are CRAFT-informed, which translate to any close relationship and the content helped me understand things about substance use, communication and my own journey. The video library alone is worth it and has so much helpful info for all stages of this journey.

The community is warm, non-judgmental and full of women showing up for themselves and the people they love. I’m so glad I found Hopestream!

### 5/5 — Lifesaver

*2026-05-04*

I found The Stream in one of the worst storms of our family's life. I wanted a good connection with my kid and didn't know where to even begin. Hopestream taught me the tools I needed - and the support from other moms has been life changing. I finally feel hope! Thank you

### 5/5 — A Community. A Lifeline.

*2026-05-02*

The Stream connects you with other parents who know the unique pain of a child who self medicates with substances. It’s an unshockable safe space to connect, shed shame and learn how to show up for your child by showing up for yourself.
