The camera has never worked in fact I was never able to register it. When I send them the email for a specific code it asked for, I never received the email. I have contacted them numerous times and have numerous copies of emails. The camera was $35 and they're offering me maximum $8 because it doesn't work (they started out with $2)!  Yes seriously!!

Devices (x’4) constantly drop offline and will not reset. Tried customer service and continuously get messages that they are busy and will get back to you in 24/48 hours.  Still waiting for them to answer my questions they also want to bill you every 7 days for each camera in service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP OR SERVICE!!!

Says to turn on with a picture showing on/off switch, well there is no on/off switch for starters. I’ve heard a siren once and it never worked after that no matter what I tried. Do not recommend!!!
