## What is HopHop?

The estimated arrival time is dynamically calculated from the GPS of your iPhone or manually determined. 

The application uses photo-identification to help the process during the daily dismissal of your children. When a request is sent for the preparation of your child, the name and photo of the person assigned to pick your child will appear at the daycare centre. The application allows you to easily manage the photo and info of friends or family members you already authorized to pick up your children at the daycare centre.

You click on HopHop when you leave for the daycare centre. The daycare receives the message only at the time necessary for your child to prepare. As an example, if the daycare centre determines that the children's preparation time is ten minutes, the HopHop server will manage to make your call appear only ten minutes from your arrival at the daycare.

HopHop minimizes your wait time at the daycare and gives your child time to prepare calmly without the pressure of your arrival.

Implementation of 2FA has been very difficult. Can’t use Authenticator app reliably - codes are rejected. When using email codes, these too are rejected when using iOS app but not when using web browser on computer. I’ve contacted support twice in past 2 weeks with no reply. Unusable for me as a result.

Ça ne marche pas. Je clique sur le bouton HopHop dans le UI et je pogne un loading infini sous « heure d’arrivée » donc le bouton Go ne fonctionne pas. Peut-être un problème backend? En tout cas ça suck big time.

Après avoir payé pour l’application et l’avoir aussitôt perdue suite au problème de sécurité découvert il est complètement nulle car toujours à me demander de rechercher un code mais aussitôt que je kite l’appli HopHop pour aller chercher le code à 6 chiffres dans ma boîte mail,  je reviens et il ne veut plus me donner  mon clavier donc recommence et revient en arrière et redemande code à 6 chiffre et rebug … ça c’est quand il veut bien me donner le code sans me dire que je doit me refaire un code de base … avant ces soucis j’ai essayé d’ajouter mon conjoint en contact et c’est comme s’il devait repayer pour être ajouté en contact même si il avait déjà l’application et que moi j’ai payée et j’essaie de l’inviter … ma santé mentale est compromise ce soir à force de frapper un mur et cette appli est imposé pour aller chercher notre petite à la maternelle … complètement déçue et irritée j’en reviens pas de faire aussi compliqué pour supposément mois facilité la vie et assurer une supposée sécurité
