Awful app. Registration requires a code which apparently does not work with any US or foreign mobile numbers, the code just never arrives. If you do manage to register, the card does not finalize the contract / loading money to card process because it always fails the second confirmation scan and says the card is “not supported”. I got the official Rav Kav app and the card worked fine, and no phone number was needed — I think the devs of this disaster are just fishing for people’s info.

It never never sends the sms message in order to confirm the phone number. After three tries of resend me the sms, then it locks you out, saying too many tries. What a piece of garbage app. Can’t even pass the 1st and easiest step

Still the scan of card doesn’t work, and no instructions how to do that. Is it only for iPhones?

You’re on a bus, you swipe your card as normal, and you realize your card needs a recharge as the doors are shutting. You go to refill, but ERROR! The app isn’t working.

You now have only two options. 1. Miss your ride. 2. Get fined if you didn’t realize in time. 

I really want to like this app. But the number of times it just stops working out of nowhere has actually caused pretty significant issues on numerous occasions. I personally recommend using a different one.

**Developer response:** Hi, we recommend not to top-up the card at the last minute, also you can download the RavPass application and pay with QR code scans instead
