Reached out to their IT dept and they were aware of the issues. Thought I cancelled the trial. As soon as I received the notification that they charged me I quickly reached out requesting refund and to be sure my subscription was officially cancelled. They threw the no-refund policy at me. Horrible app, horrible customer service. Publer is the way to go.
