NO option to review order, delivery time, payment method or tip. ### 5/5 — Works great! *2024-06-09, version 5.5.7* Tried this app while staying in Kihei; works just like a food delivery app should; easy to order, setup account and track order and delivery progress graphically on a map. Delivered right to our hotel room. Driver was friendly and professional. ### 1/5 — Consistently Bad *2022-09-02* I’ve tried to use hopper a few times and they unfortunately have been bad every time. It’s nice they have some places DoorDash doesn’t, but every time I’ve ordered, the food comes extremely late or I have to track it down because supposedly they delivered it to the wrong address. Either way it’s always cold :( ### 3/5 — Too much loading *2022-06-29* Fix the apps please, too much loading and it takes time to change delivery location. ### 1/5 — Beware *2022-01-17* Prices way higher in the app than at the restaurants. Then I have to pay delivery fee and tip. I’m not going to pay double what it costs me to just order take out and pick it up myself. ### 1/5 — Useless app backed by poor service *2021-12-28* If you use the app to place a pickup order, chances are that the order is either not received by the restaurant, or the restaurant won’t take any order from Hopper, or both.
