This is really frustrating, my regular guests also facing the similar issue and they are also unable to send me a request or my ride is showing them, Actually I was suggestion everyone to start using the Hopr but unfortunately now I am only thinking to switch to quick ride due to this issue. **Developer response:** Hi, we’re sorry for the inconvenience and delay. Recently people who regularly commuting with me is not seeing my ride and I can’t see them in guest list also. When I thought to discuss this with support using quick support. The name says Quick support but its not quick. It will take hours may be more than a day to get response. Coming back to the issue, I discussed with support they said to logout and login. I did that and bhoom! . My ride was not there. I already had two guests joined. Ride gone. I tried to restore. It restored without anu guest and then when I tried to find guests it’s saying no match found. I don’t really understand what kind of quality check these people do. Thank you for your patience and understanding. ### 2/5 — There are things that work and there are things that absolutely don’t *2026-08-10* One of the things that Hopr really needs to work on is matching riders properly. If the ride taker and ride giver have very close start and end points but somehow have a different route planned, this app won’t match them. This absolutely doesn’t make sense and people aren’t able to my ride. Also, the app should allow ride giver to be able to change pricing shown to ride takers, why doesn’t the ride giver have any control of it. Some people who initially took ride for Rs 150, are not being shown 300. I am travelling on this route frequently the rides are always available it’s just that Hopr is unable to fetch from the database and show to the user. Complaint about the same issue multiple times still the issue is not resolved. I have completed the ride and provided all the required information, yet my legitimate payment is still being denied with unnecessary reasons. If my pending amount is not refunded immediately, I will escalate this matter to my organization’s corporate team and ensure they are aware of my experience with Hopr. I will also share an honest review and rating on the App Store, stop using Hopr completely, uninstall the app, and recommend that my colleagues and friends use alternatives such as Quick Ride instead. This is my final request to resolve the issue professionally by processing my pending refund without any further delay. I even provided my office mail id, but my withdrawal is still pending. It made me wonder. If any thing happens to the information we shared, who would be responsible?! When I’m a guest, I don’t see the ride giver’s realtime location. It shows at the start point all the times. As a host, even when I have started the ride and location setting is ON ALWAYS, the car does not show up and location does not move. So guests do not get to know and they don’t join as well thinking host has not been moving. Pls fix the bug.
