Good engagement with rewards that come up every 500 steps it’s extremely satisfying. I just engaged with it regularly everyday since 6 months now. Yes you’ll end up building a habit of these three activities that you select. I selected activity , steps and floors . I must say. I do have 1 energy days and since last month only to see the map areas I have built 6 perfect days. Number 1 : I love this app, please either to add rewards for activity minutes as do a lot of cardio with brpm ranging from 143 to 183 . I really wish I get more rewards for that reward over steps. Number 2 : I just finished the 120 energy map areas round. I was expecting a little more than animated eyes haha. And without realizing, I clicked on round 2 , although you mentioned a text , the visual cue of differentiating , round 1 and status it’s not concrete. Yes so my 120 energy map is gone without hops having to explore I worked really hard to save 120 energy , without settled for less energy locations. This app may be hops for you but it’s a hope for me. Thank you for tapping on of the motivation of the user. Thank you for making it. Please please please some intrestung rewards instead of eyes. Thank you so much hops team for a wonderful 4 months. There is no easy way to off load useless materials while keeping the ones you need. The buddies are so CUTE and the many things to unlock and explore and save up for make it engaging and addictive enough to want to walk more or try out different exercises to complete missions. I've just started but I can see loving this for a good while. The Tea Bear outfit WILL BE MINE! 😆 ### 5/5 — Calm, slow, and delightful *2023-06-19, version 3.1.0* When I say slow, I mean this isn’t an instant gratification type of app. I think I’ve had this game for years now. It’s so easy, you can forget about it for weeks or even months and then go back to it and pick up where you left off with no penalty. Cute and simple, the only downside being there’s not a ton to do on any given day. But that way you don’t have to spend a ton of time - you collect yesterday’s energy, collect your earned materials, maybe move to a new area, maybe do a challenge here and there, and that’s about it. Apparently they just updated it and there are now new things to earn. No ability for users to edit proper counts (I get why not but if your data is based on an inaccurate source, what good is that?). Also, game practically obligates you to make in-game purchases because your materials storage is tiny. ### 4/5 — An adorable and satisfying app *2023-04-11* It’s so cute and visually pleasing, and I love being rewarded for meeting my activity goals. I would give it 5 stars if there were some more updates - there gets to a point pretty quickly where you’ve done and collected everything possible, which is sad times. The visuals are so calm and comforting, and I love the idea of walking around an enchanted forest with a magical little wood being. It really gets me motivated. When Linden gave me a mission, I really got outside and walked around my neighborhood for hours in the sun, something I usually wouldn’t have done and I’m really glad that I did. But the amount of ads is getting intrusive. If you open your app and see how much data you’re wasting especially with the ads, you realize this app is not work even if you’re under 98% Wi-Fi. I’ve been sick most the time and finally completed one of their missions for the first time about a week ago. I’ve been trying to accomplish this for a long time. After busting my butt, I never got the reward!. Like nothing happened. I even sent them 2 emails explaining that I accomplished the mission. No reply and no reward. If you like trying really hard to achieve a goal and not get the reward you were expecting, this game is for you. I’m going to find something else. ### 1/5 — DO NOT DOWNLOAD! I recorded the activity as stair stepper on my Apple Watch. The stairs I climbed were approximately 25 to 30 feet. I did it back and forth 10 times. Your app didn’t record my efforts. I was really excited about this game, I wanted to customize my character—now I feel cheated. ### 1/5 — Restore progress? *2023-01-30, version 3.0.0* Had to delete to make space on phone at one point. Redownloaded and it’s making me start over. Can’t see any way to restore purchases and the help section isn’t helpful. This is a terrible app design if progress can’t be restored. It has given me the extra push I needed to do my exercises and get my steps in. The settings are easy to adjust to your individual goals. While there’s a small delay between my watch and the app, it has been reasonably accurate. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass mich dieses kleine Wesen so motivieren kann, aber die Animationen und die Soundeffekte sind so niedlich. I’ll admit, I purchased all the items and went through the map once and didn’t use as much but then recently decided to go thru it again. Recently my apple watch stopped counting my steps on the activity app, but saw it recorded them in the health app. I was looking for something to motivate me again and saw hops app gives me the option to turn off the activity app but will still record steps and whatever else I choose for goals (ie - stand hours, flights, etc.)!! I am so happy that I can record steps again, because I noticed I am very motivated when I can see my progress!! You guys have made me so very happy!!
