It has been a long time, and there is no proper response from customer support. Also, I had ordered items for a specific occasion, but they were delivered very late — around 20 to 25 days after placing the order. This completely ruined the purpose of my purchase. Their customer service is very poor. They do not provide proper support, and there is no easy option for cancellations. If we return a product, there is no guarantee that we will get a refund, which means customers may end up losing their money. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online shopping app. Please be careful before purchasing from here. My order came after 8 days instead of next day. Now I wish to exchange my product due to size issue, I am not able to do that because my address is showing as not deliverable. If I go for a return , they will pick the product from the same address there will be no issue with that, but for the purpose of exchange it is not deliverable. Pathetic delivery & exchange process. ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2026-03-10, version 10.4.1* I am extremely disappointed with the service. My order had a promised express delivery, but the product has still not been delivered. What is more frustrating is that there has been no update, no communication, and no explanation for the delay. I also tried contacting customer care several times, but I did not receive any response at all, which shows a lack of responsibility towards customers. When a company promises express delivery, customers expect the order to arrive on time or at least receive a proper update if there is a delay.
