I have ordered twice but they failed to deliver it on time. I will not recommend hopscotch for shopping. ### 1/5 — Delivery issue *2024-07-16* I have been constant customer of hopscotch and it’s so frustrating not getting my parcel on time and then they keep on letting us choose the date to deliver the parcel and then getting a ring from delivery boy and cut the call… when we call back they don’t pick up… tried calling hopscotch’s help line but it’s doesn't even go through….. it’s said they are busy and ask to stay in the line and I have waited and then the phone automatically cuts…… I am literally so disappointed.. my parcel was suppose to be getting here at 13th and it’s 16th today…. Your app is worldwide act like it. My number can be used by my husband sister also and just because their name is different while refunding you guys block the account. After they initiated refund which will take next 7 days , Why should I pay my money to you for 7 days where I bought nothing from here . You people only fake your Customer to froad money and use it till 7 days even after he didn’t get. My order, which included 11 items, arrived incomplete with only 8 items delivered. Upon contacting customer service regarding the missing items, the response was even more disappointing. Instead of offering a prompt solution, they simply added money to my account for one missing item and placed a separate order for just two items. This means I am still waiting for the remaining products, further extending the already unnecessary wait. To add insult to injury, I have received two separate messages apologizing for delayed delivery, yet there is no sign of the missing items arriving anytime soon. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The incomplete delivery, additional order placement, and repeated delays demonstrate a clear lack of respect for customer time and satisfaction. I sincerely hope that Hopscotch will take my feedback seriously and strive to improve their service in the future. After two weeks also my returns haven’t taken place despite many calls. From two weeks I have been consistently checking on my returns and every day I need to make sure someone is available to return the products when the concerned person comes to pick up. And now after so many days I hear from them saying I need to make the courier. Why should I do the courier? Else it should be mentioned while placing the order that the return should be from my side. I have been getting spam calls from the name of hopscotch that spam people and take money like you have won some prize and all. this has happened with me multiple times and also I complained everytime. It has been a long time, and there is no proper response from customer support. Also, I had ordered items for a specific occasion, but they were delivered very late — around 20 to 25 days after placing the order. This completely ruined the purpose of my purchase. Their customer service is very poor. They do not provide proper support, and there is no easy option for cancellations. If we return a product, there is no guarantee that we will get a refund, which means customers may end up losing their money. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online shopping app. Please be careful before purchasing from here. My order came after 8 days instead of next day. Now I wish to exchange my product due to size issue, I am not able to do that because my address is showing as not deliverable. If I go for a return , they will pick the product from the same address there will be no issue with that, but for the purpose of exchange it is not deliverable. My order had a promised express delivery, but the product has still not been delivered. What is more frustrating is that there has been no update, no communication, and no explanation for the delay. When a company promises express delivery, customers expect the order to arrive on time or at least receive a proper update if there is a delay. Payment was successful for one of my order and the order was showing as failed in the app , when we reach customer care service they don’t listen our issue properly and ask us to check with the Bank , we struggled more than a week to get our money back. 2.
