Pls update the UI of this app. I rather use my web browser to access my account. That’s the entire reason I downloaded the app! Viewing policies and retirement accounts is the main thing people want to be able to do quickly. This app hasn’t been updated in two years as of this review (February 2021) and you can’t even view retirement investments... Completely useless. After all the ridiculous fees they charge on investments, you’d think they’d have an app where you can actually check your balances. Nope. I have to sign in on a web browser just to see limited information that’s not user-friendly at all. The reason you have an insurance card on your phone is for quick access. It’s just so bad. The green and white cut through the time and cell strength indicator, the poorly chosen icons, the white home indicator for the iPhone X, XR, XS, and Max cut into some of the bottom buttons and font. Who ever they hired for this app (assuming it’s a third party vendor) should be fired and they should find another vendor to make their app. In addition to that there no modern conveniences! No FaceID or fingerprint, and no quick views or at a glance views. Like it would be nice to be able to see your insurance card just by opening the app. Then if we need to do more we are required to log in. I really think they should hire some college kids to help design the app and have a single project manager over see the project. I’d be happy to do it. ### 1/5 — NEEDS. A. COMPLETE. UPDATE. *2018-03-30, version 1.4.1* Horribly outdated app that lacks all functionality needed for an app in 2018. The app looks like it’s 5 years old & performs worse. My wife is the primary so I use my email to receive a temporary code. The problem is, once I switch screens and open my email app on my phone, the insurance app shuts down and asks for another code. As a results, I cannot get in if I use the same device! ### 1/5 — Needs notifications *2024-07-07, version 2.5.24009* The only company that only notifies you that your bills are due, when they’re overdue. There aren’t any options to allow notifications on the app and I only ever receive emails when my bill is due on that day (which they process the next day then charge me a late fee) or overdue. They want you to go paperless but don’t want to notify you otherwise. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2024-03-09, version 2.5.24009* Set up new account but they never sent text to log in. When we tried to log in again, it says that the email is not registered. When we try to set up as new user, it says email is already registered. So it’s not possible to get in. But, for the last year, I haven’t been able to view my car insurance policy on the app, only on the website. It didn’t bother me at first, but now it’s been almost an entire year. Called support, they basically said “oh yeah we are switching systems over but I can email a copy”. So wait, you’ve been switching systems over for an entire year??? Are they even trying to be competitive? I can view my insurance cards on any other companies app except yours. It’s been a year.
