Horalia keeps track of the hours you work for each family, and of how much they owe you for them. You log when you clocked in and when you clocked out. Horalia does the rest: applies that family's rate, rounds it the way you tell it to, and keeps adding up what you're still owed. EVERY FAMILY WITH ITS OWN RATE Each house pays its own. And if you also do jobs that are billed separately — a deep clean for a fixed price, overnight care at a different rate — those fit too. MULTI-DAY JOBS A big job isn't billed halfway through. You log each session as you do it, nothing adds up yet, and the day you finish it, the whole thing is billed at once. NIGHT SHIFTS Nine at night to seven in the morning is ten hours, not an error. Horalia understands that. A CALENDAR OF YOUR MONTH Log what's ahead of you too. The calendar marks the days with work and tells apart what you've already done from what's coming; open a day and see which family, what time, and for how much. FUTURE WORK ISN'T BILLED EARLY Work that hasn't arrived yet shows on the calendar, but it doesn't count as money owed until its day. You can't accidentally bill for something you haven't done. YOU CLOSE THE ACCOUNT WHEN IT'S TIME When it's time to get paid, you create the invoice: Horalia gathers everything worked and freezes it into a numbered receipt with a day-by-day breakdown. You can mark it paid, and if you got it wrong, undo it. THE RECEIPT, AS A PDF The receipt is shared as a PDF, with each day's hours, the subtotals and the total. Send it wherever you like. WHAT YOU EARNED DOESN'T MOVE If you raise your rate tomorrow, January's work that you haven't billed yet is still billed at what it was worth in January. Work is paid at what was agreed back then. ALL IN YOUR ICLOUD Your families, your hours and your invoices are stored in your iCloud account. If you change phones or lose one, your information is still there. There's no server in between, no account to create, and nobody but you can see it. LOCKED, IF YOU WANT You can ask it to use Face ID when it opens, so whoever picks up your phone doesn't see what you charge. ## Version history (last 2 releases) ### 1.1 — 2026-08-30 Inventory: log what you buy for each family — item and amount — and bill it with its own invoice, separate from your hours. Each series keeps its own numbering and its own receipt. Expenses that aren't invoiced yet can be edited or deleted, always with a confirmation, and the invoice can be undone just like the hours one.
